Thermaltake Technology, Inc. released high-end video card thermal solution Giant III
13.01.2004
Jan., 2004- Taipei, Taiwan - Leading once again the solid performance of its pervious high-end video card thermal solution, Giant II, Thermaltake Technology, Inc. today released the next generation: Giant III(P/N A1919). Giant III will be compatible with nearly all of the current video cards available on market. Thanks to its large surface area, dual heat pipe technology and dual fan design, Giant III will outperform any of the stock and aftermarket thermal solutions available now. During normal operation, Giant III will only be required to have one of dual fan design running. "We understand heat plays a major role during overclocking, therefore Giant III has a Turbo Mode function which allows users to manually start the top mounted Blower Fan to achieve even higher cooling capability" commented Eric Chuang, R&D Dept. Manager at Thermaltake. Giant III has incorporated two heat pipes, instead of one in the first generation, to bring heat away from GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) more efficiently and quickly. We also enclose the PCI slot controller to adjust the fan speed and make it efficiently.
